We are in the process of purchasing another 5+ acres land next to the Cemetery. We are seeking donations from individuals towards the purchase. The purchase of this property will get us to 2050 and beyond, Insha Allah. If you want to be part of this new Sadka Jariyah

Islamic Center of California currently consists of two parcel properties. The third parcel is under purchase agreement and the Cemetery is looking for donors or individuals willing to contribute towards the purchase. We are in short of $400,000.00 to close the deal. Our deadline is approcahing by end of September to get this finalize.

Islamic Cemetery of California is now using automatic Gate Opening and Closing System. The Gate opens at 7.30am in the moring and closes at 7.30pm in the evening.
Insha Allah we are going to make the online form submittal soon. We are testing the process now and will advise when we are ready.

Alhamdo Lillah, The San Joaquin County Planning Comission has given approval for the adjacent property for additional burial space. This 5000 burial plots will take us further into 2050 Insha Allah.

As we plan for the development for the new area, we will need volunteers in Civil Engineering, ELectrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Landscpae Engineering. If you want to volunteer, and have time to see the project gets started, please email Islamic Cemetery of California

The Cleaning and Beautification of the Cemetery (Arabic=Maqbara) is every muslim's responsibility. We visit there to remind ourselves of our final destination. Allah swt reminds us throughout His Revealtion through Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) that "to Him is our final return". Images shown below are volunteers from Lodi who showed up to clean the place. We also like to remind the people that once a month we cleanup the Cemetery and throw away any thing that is left on the graves. We want to keep the graves simple and beautiful. As Muslims, the Prohet (PBUH) told us not to decorate the graves.

Starting 2024, we will be trimming the trees and setup automatic gate opener. We are excited to introduce technology for Cemetery operations. As normal, the Cemetery will be opened 7 days a week from 7am to dusk. After hours entry will be allowed after our monitoring systems are in place. Please contact the Cemetery Manager on his phone if need assistance.

The safety and security of the visitors and also the resodents of the place, we have installed CCTV Security Cameras in the Cemetery. This will monitor the site 7x24 with video recording. If you have any questions and concerns, please reach out to us via our Cemetery Email.

As part of our cleaing schedule, we will dispose any flowers and ornaments that this left on the grave. Lets keep it simple to maintain and preserve the beauty of the place.
