Please fill the complete form in legible ink with all the information. This is your binding document and once in the records, information can not be changed unless another form is filled to supplement the changes.
Special care should be made in the headstone section. Any errors identified by you after headstone is printed is additional cost to you.
Terms and Conditions
As part of the burial of your loved ones at Islamic Cemetery of California in Lodi, you are hereby entered into a contract between you, the next of kin and Board at Islamic Cemetery of California.
This contract can be ammended, modified, changed or deleted from time to time to improve the operations of the Cemetery
- This burial ground is open to all Muslims who believe in the Oneness of Allah (swt) and believe in the Final Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). THe Cemetery Manager may, at his descrition deny burial at the site if the adherence to this belief is not met.
- The determination of time of burial is sole responsibility of the Cemetery Manager
- This is a burial place only
- Facility to pray the salatul janaza can be done at the site
- No cultural rituals, chanting, singing or make rythmic performance such as drums, dafflas, or other instruments is strictly prohibited. If found doing will be asked to leave the site or proper authorities will be called to remove you.
- After burial, you are allowed to place flowers only
- No Quranic ayah or sound equipment are to be left on the grave. They will be discarded by the Cemetery Manager
- Any coffin box (Cardboard or otherwise) should be disposed of by the next of kin.
- NO SMOKING WHILE IN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE CEMETERY. IT IS A SMOKE FREE ZONE
- All chairs, after use are to be put back at the holding areas
- All water cannisters are to be brought back to the water tap.
- Please do not throw empty water bottles, trash or food items in the property.
- Always clean the place if you see things scattered around due to acts of nature such as wind or rain.
- First weekend of every month, we throw away all flowers, items left on the graves.
- Reading of Quran or doing supplication is part of adherence to the failth. We encourage you to do such things while visiting the graves.
